Carlos Montes: Calgary RE/MAX REALTOR®
Carlos Montes has lived in Calgary for many years, currently in the NW quadrant of the city, but has experience with real estate in all of Calgary's neighbourhoods. Originally from Central America, Carlos is fluent in both English and Spanish, which is ideal for Spanish-speaking clients relocating to Calgary.
Before working in the real estate industry, Carlos was involved with Calgary's construction industry. Experience working in construction gives Carlos a unique perspective and some great insider knowledge about many of the builders and buildings around the city.
Carlos has been working in the real estate business for almost a decade and is designated both as a Seller's Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified Condominium Specialist (CCS) and Accredited Buyer's Representative (Pending) and he has been a RE/MAX representative since 2010. In 2007 he was awarded CIR Realty's Silver, Gold, and Platinum Awards, an achievement akin to the Real Estate Boards MLS® Million Dollar Award Club. In 2012 he was also awarded for Rookie of the Year at Remax Real Estate (Mountain View) and 100% Club from Remax Western Canada.
When he's not busy helping client buy or sell Calgary real estate, Carlos enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, writing, photography and expanding his real estate expertise.
